1) Nature of our Service (signals-only)
- Signals only. We provide algorithmic price signals, projections, and confidence scores as informational tools. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalised recommendations.
- No training/education. We do not teach trading. You should learn how to trade and understand the instruments before placing any trade.
- Your decisions, your risk. All trading decisions and outcomes are solely your responsibility. Use our outputs as one input among many, not as a directive.
- Start small. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose; consider a demo account or very small size.
2) Intentional model scope & external events
- No news/world-event features. Our model intentionally does not factor in macro news, geopolitical developments, central-bank actions, scheduled data releases, or unexpected events.
- Implication. Signals may at times be inaccurate or contradicted by sudden moves triggered by events outside the model’s scope. If you trade around events, independently monitor an economic calendar and headlines.
3) Trading risks (non-exhaustive)
CFD risk warning: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 71.25% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
- High risk of loss. Trading FX/commodities/CFDs is highly speculative. Depending on your broker and instruments, you may lose more than your initial investment.
- Leverage & margin. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Margin calls and forced liquidation can occur rapidly in volatile markets.
- Volatility, gaps & slippage. Prices can move sharply and gap (including overnight/weekends). Stop-loss orders are not guaranteed and may fill at worse prices than requested.
- Liquidity & execution. Thin or fast markets can cause re-quotes, partial fills, delays, or inability to execute at desired prices.

- Data quality. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable or revised; model behaviour can be unpredictable with missing/erroneous data.
- Backtests/simulations. Historical or simulated results have inherent limitations and may not reflect live trading or future outcomes.
- Model drift. Markets evolve; model behaviour and effectiveness may change over time.
5) Technical & availability risks
- Systems/connectivity. Outages, latency, internet failure, device malfunction, power loss or cyber events can disrupt access to the Service or to your broker.
- Availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Uptime and responsiveness are not guaranteed.
6) Your responsibilities
- Education first. Do not trade until you understand order types, leverage, margin, slippage, and product-specific risks.
- Independent judgement. Perform your own research and consider obtaining independent professional advice.
- Risk management. Use prudent sizing; understand that stop-losses are not guaranteed; be prepared for adverse moves.
- News awareness (optional). If you choose to trade around events, independently monitor news and calendars since our model does not incorporate them.
- Operational hygiene. Maintain secure devices, connections, credentials, and back-ups. Verify symbols/instruments before trading.
